DCIL Recruitment 2016 for 38 Managerial & Other Posts

Dredging Corporation of India Limited (DCIL) invited the candidates for the post of managers and others. The candidates eligible can apply for the post before 08 July 2016.

Under Dredging Corporation of India Limited Recruitment 2016, out of total 38 posts, 01 post is allotted to General Manager (Finance), 01 post is allotted to Deputy General Manager (Operations), 01 post is allotted to Manager (Finance), 01 post is allotted to Manager (HR), 01 post is allotted to Manager (Instrumentation), 01 post is allotted to Deputy Manager (IT), 18 posts are allotted to Sr. Superintendents/Sr. Supervisors/S.H. Supervisors, 04 posts are allotted to Superintendent (Secretarial Services) and 10 posts are allotted to Management Trainees (Operations/Technical/Material/HR).

Eligibility for General Manager (Finance) – Candidates should be a member of ICAI/ICWAI. Candidates should have experience in Finance & Accounts department in senior level in handling Finance and Accounts.

Eligibility for Deputy General Manager (Operations)– Candidates must have a Master (FG) COC/COS or Dredge Master Gr.I OR B.E/B.Tech in Civil engineering OR M.Tech(Dredging & Harbour Engineering) from a recognized University. Candidates must be conversant with Shipping Procedures, Execution of Projects, Contracts etc.

Eligibility for Manager (Finance) - Candidates should be a member of CA/ICWAI. Candidates should have experience in the Fin. & Accts. Department and should be well conversant in financial, taxation, compilation of final accounts, budgetary control, work contracts etc.

 Eligibility for Manager (HR) – Candidates must have done two years fulltime PG Degree OR PG Diploma in HR/Personnel Management/ IR from a recognized University. Candidates should have experience in HR Department and exposure to HRD systems, handling recruitment, IR matters and establishment matters etc.

Eligibility for Manager (Instrumentation)- Candidates must have a B.E./B.Tech.(Electronics)/ (Instrumentation) from a recognized University. Candidates should have experience in repairs, maintenance of electrical, electronics, pneumatic and mechanical instruments, preferably on Vessels.

Eligibility for Deputy Manager (IT) – Candidates must have a B.E/ B.Tech.(Computer Science/ Electronics/ ECE/IT)/ MCA/ M.Sc (Computer Science) from recognized University/ Member of CA/ICWAI. Candidates should have experience in IT Dept. Should have Microsoft Dynamics Axapta Certificate (MDAC) with experience in the area of ERP customization and implementation.

Eligibility for Sr. Superintendents/Sr. Supervisors/S.H. Supervisors – Candidates must have done full time B.E./ B.Tech in Mech./Mech. Marine/Electrical/Electronics/ Production/Instrumentation/Civil Engineering with minimum 60% marks from a recognized University.

Eligibility for Superintendent (Secretarial Services) – Candidates must have first Class Graduate in any discipline from recognized university with Stenography (English) exam passed on or before December, 2010. Working knowledge in Microsoft Office is a must. He should have 4 years of post-qualification experience in secretarial services function.

Eligibility for Management Trainees (Operations) – Candidates must have full time B.E/ B.Tech in Civil Engineering OR M.Tech (Dredging & Harbour Engineering) with minimum 60% marks from a recognized University.

Eligibility for Management Trainees  (Technical) – Candidates must have full time B.E./ B.Tech in Mechanical/ Mech. Marine/ Electronics & Instrumentation with minimum 60% marks from a recognized University.

Eligibility for Management Trainees (Material) ­– Candidates must have full time B.E./ B.Tech in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Electronics/ Production Engineering/ Mech Marine/ with minimum 60% marks from a recognized University.

Eligibility for Management Trainees (HR) – Candidates must havefull time PG Degree OR PG Diploma in HR/Personnel Management/ IR with minimum 60% marks from a recognised University.
