CPM to organize protest movement in Jan and Feb

Agartala Jan 6,2019: Citing complete breakdown of law and order under the rule of BJP – IPFT government, CPM decided to organize two month long protest movement in January and February all over the state.

Addressing press conference after two day state committee meeting today CPM state secretary Gautam Das said,” The state committee after analyzing the ten month performance of BJP – IPFT government  found complete break of  law and order in state.  Due to post poll violence 1474 CPM workers including 152 women was injured by assault  of BJP workers. Some CPM workers are still undergoing treatment in state hospital and outside”

“Not only law and order, there are no works the state. In ten months, source of income of people mainly  of  that rural population on came down by 30 to 40 percent. Due to decline of income people of the state are suffering” said Das.

“Now people are realizing that they have done mistake by voting BJP – IPFT government to power. People now have started comparing rule of LF and with the present government, they are now feeling   LF rule was better than present government” observed the CPM leader.  

Das also alleged the present government is all out of crippling the ADC. They are not releasing required funds for the autonomous body, resulted in halting of development activities.He also criticized BJP chief Amit Shah claim that  in 70 years the state has not  witnessed such good    law and order.
