School of Science students shine in TCS and TPS

Agartala, March 4,2020:Students of School of Science for TCS and TPS have once again proved their mettle and have made the institute proud. The School of Science    premier institute of state and entire northeast for success in competitive exams for higher education as well as for high government services.TCS and TPS Grade-II exams , results of which were notified yesterday.

Announcing this the principal of the School of Science and leading educationist Abhijeet Bhattacharjee said that in the TCS Grade-II exam thirty students from his institute had appeared in written test and interviews and fifteen of them have achieved success.

The first three positions in the TCS have been captured by the candidates from the 'School of Science' and they respectively are Kaberi Nath, Abhijit Majumder and Pritam Debnath. Bhattacharjee said that in the TPS section 9 out of 10 candidates achieved success, capturing all three top positions. Pushan Debnath who stood first overall in both TCS and TPS opted for the TPS while Sutapa Deb and Debanjali Roy respectively got 2nd and 3rd positions . Debanjanli is the daughter of retired IG of Tripura police , B.K.Roy.

Commenting on the results, principal Abhijit Bhattacharjee said that but for less marks obtained in the written test , candidates of the 'School of Science' would have done still better in the overall results declared yesterday.
