In the minority dominated areas, Muslim voters maintaining month long ‘ Ramazan’ had come early to vote in the election to avoid midday heat and fatigue. No trouble has been reported so far from anywhere in the state.

Election department added that that there are no reports of major untoward incidents across the constituency and voting process is going on smoothly in all 168 polling booths, but few stray incidents marred the voting process in different parts of the constituency.
